2015 No Limit Body Fat Challenge

It’s that time again… CHALLENGE TIME!

Like we said before,  it’s not about WEIGHT LOSS, it’s about FAT LOSS. Here’s the difference.

NOW THIS IT WHAT THE CONTEST IS ALL ABOUT

Monday, March 2nd through Saturday, April 25 (Results will be presented May 3rd)

Teams will be announced on Sunday, March 1, 2015 AFTER 9am Bootcamp

 Main Objective

Drop as much body fat as a team in 8 weeks while simultaneously focusing on getting stronger and building muscle.

Winners get bragging rights, before and after pictures on the wall and a chance to share their story. Oh yeah, and a better looking and stronger body 🙂

 

**We will have a prize of a $500 credit to any service at No Limit for 1 male and 1 female with the highest percentage of body fat lost at the end of 8 weeks. These individuals may or may not be on the winning team.**

 

team-challengeHERE’S HOW IT ALL WORKS

  1. You enter the 8 week challenge by choosing whichever program suits you best
  2. We will give you a schedule to setup the body fat testing
  3. You will be emailed your nutrition program with all of the info once we start
  4. We will assign you to a team and share your teams contact info with you
  5. Once the teams are set everyone on the same team will have each others contact info to keep each other accountable throughout the contest and encourage each other as well as work together to work towards the main goal.
  6. At the end of 8 weeks we will set appointments for everyone to get their body fat measured again.
  7. Once everyone has been tested we will combine all the starting body fat percentages together and see which team lost the highest percent of body fat based on their combined total team body fat percentage number.
  8. Client must get body fat tested at start and finish by the bod pod in the dates given
  9. Team that loses the highest amount of combined body fat % wins
  10. Before and after pictures along with measurements are mandatory 
  11. Everything must be submitted and complete by March 2nd
  12. No exceptions to ANY rules they are non-negotiable
  13. These rules are non negotiable, if they are not followed the client will be disqualified with no refund
  14. You MUST be willing to put in all the work, consistency and discipline it takes to reach your goal. If you’re not serious about the next 8 weeks don’t waste your time or ours.
  • Men– we will take them at No Limit in shorts or pants with your shirt off
  • Women– In a bathing suit or a form fitted outfit. Picture from the front, side and back and of your entire body.
