Sako Yakinian

Sako Yakinian, owner of No Limit Personal Training has a burning passion for helping others. He believes with the right mindset, discipline and work ethic anything is possible. Sako is also certified through National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT), International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) and CPR/AED.

Alan Malkin

Alan has a personal goal to change as many lives as he can as a personal trainer. Alan’s specialty is weight loss and core strengthening. He believes having a strong core is rewarding in so many ways, and builds the body from the ground up. Alan holds a certification with the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers.

Briana Takanabe

Briana Takanabe has been helping people realize their fitness goals for the past 8 years. With a lifelong enthusiasm for fitness, she became a trainer to help improve the lives of others. Trading in volleyball for Muay Thai after high school, she got hooked on the world of martial arts. Over the years working with different coaches and sensei, she now wants to share the benefits of MMA training and shatter the assumption that MMA training is just for fighters. This extra knowledge and expertise adds a fun and unique twist to workouts whether it’s for weight loss, improved conditioning, or just an excuse to hit things. One of the most important things to her is not just to help one reach their physical goals, but to help them gain the confidence to do so. She strongly believes that in order to achieve maximum results one must do the things they don’t want to do. Briana is a Certified Fitness Trainer with NESTA and a Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Coach with the MMACA.

Randy Park

Randy has been in the fitness industry for over 6 years. Growing up playing sports, he loved to train hard and knew this was what he wanted to do with his life. He’s worked with all types of clients and has a broad range of experience. He’s a big believer in functional training, and likes to create workouts that challenge the body and the mind. He is a CSCS through NSCA and also works as a strength and conditioning coach with a highschool.

Nareg Zaher

Nareg Zaher, a fitness enthusiast, has been involved in the industry for the past 4 years. Involved in sports his entire high-school career, Nareg fell in love with the field of fitness and began pursuing his bachelors of science in Kinesiology from California State University of Fullerton. His training style includes a dynamic blend of strength training, core training, and metabolic conditioning while maintaining a very fun and energetic atmosphere. His goal as a trainer is to improve the quality of life of each individual he trains via fitness, and believes that this is directly transferable to everyday life. He is a Certified Fitness Personal Trainer through NESTA. Learning and growing every day, Nareg is eager to become one of the best trainers’ he can be in order to help you be in the best shape and mindset of your life!

Robert Stefanko

Robert has participated in organized sports his whole life. This journey began at a young age when he was invited to swim in the Junior Olympics. He lettered in basketball, baseball, golf & tennis all four years. He also played college basketball, where he had the opportunity to work with professional strength and conditioning coaches. He is a well-rounded athlete and knows what it takes to succeed. After college and the lack of athletic activity, Robert gained a significant amount of weight. He was able to lose over 80 pounds and found the body he thought he would never see again. He wanted to help others with the knowledge he obtained and became a certified personal trainer. He went to The National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), an Academic partner of NASM. He has over 500 hours of hands on training. Robert is about helping people achieve their fitness goals by incorporating old school proven methods and new creative approaches to training. He specializes in plyometrics, strength and conditioning, weight loss, endurance training, and also sports specific training. Robert holds an Advanced Personal Trainer Certificate from NPTI and is CPR/ AED Certified.

Caitie VanWormer

Caitie has been with the No Limit Family for 3 years, initially as a client and now as a team member. Her mission is to make sure clients feel welcomed and comfortable, and basically have the best experience possible at No Limit. To put simply she is the FUN and No Limit!

Adam Meet The Team

Adam Manolovitz

Adam has been in the fitness industry for three years while working towards his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at CSUF. His main focus is in strength and conditioning and loves helping people get stronger. Adam is currently training to become a competitive Weightlifter and Powerlifter and is a board member of the CSUF Weightlifting Club. He is certified through ISSA and enjoys continuously learning new techniques that will assist him in helping his clients, family, and friends reach their fitness goals.

lisa Meet The Team

Lisa O’Leary

Lisa has a passion for fitness with boundless energy to share that passion with others. She has been a competitive runner for over 30 years, competing in 5k’s, 10k’s and marathons including LA, Boston, New York and St. George, Utah. Lisa has also competed in olympic distance and sprint triathlons. She is a running and conditioning coach at one of the local high schools. It is Lisa’s desire to inspire and teach clients to make educated decisions about eating for nutritional value and health, exercise for optimal fitness and make lifestyle changes that support long term wellness. Lisa’s enthusiasm for fitness and health led her to seek and acquire a Personal Trainer Certification, she is certified through AFAA and is first aid/CPR/AED certified.
