What’s the difference between personal training and boot camp?

Personal training is 1 on 1 training with a trainer and more individualized focusing on clients needs, its more private but costs a lot more than boot camps. Boot camps are small groups who are all chasing the same goal. At boot camps there is more variety and you’re not stuck inside a gym, you have others there working towards same goals so you will have a lot more support. Boot camp is also more affordable and you can go unlimited times per month.

Will I be able to keep up at boot camp?

At No Limit Boot Camp we have members of all ages, shapes, sizes and different levels of physical activity. It will be challenging but we always alter exercises based off your level of fitness and your ability. We will never give you anything you can’t do or set you up for failure. Our trainers our great with making it work for everyone. Our Anaheim Hills boot camps are great for anyone at any level. Don’t be afraid, you’ve got to start somewhere.

What goes on at boot camp?

A typical hour at our boot camps is fun and fast paced. We always start with a light warm up and some stretching. We cover core strengthening, resistance training and cardio all in the hour, with a little bit of time at the end for a cool down and a stretch.

Who is boot camp for?

Boot camp is for all ages. It’s for anyone who wants to lose fat, get in shape, have more energy, reduce stress, have a flat stomach, toned arms, speed up their metabolism and live a healthier and longer life while improving their life as a whole.

Can I just pay for each workout?

Unfortunately No. Have you ever stayed consistent with something I tried one time? The fact is you want to exercise consistently and progress, right? How soon will I see results?

Within days people feel more energized, feel better and notice the workouts aren’t as challenging. For visible results we say at least two to four weeks, but we have some people who have incredible results sooner. Always remember, our bodies our different so always stay focused, consistent and be patient. It took you this long to get where you were so don’t expect to lose it all in a week.

What do I need to bring to boot camp?

All you need to bring are some good running shoes, water and a towel. We’ve got you covered!
